All systems go! Mike, John, and Ken develop a mission statement and start to craft the Voices for Medical Freedom project.

Mike Fisher joins founding the group. Mike Fisher (NHL, Nashville Predators, retired) joins the group and grows the vision.

The vision grew. The group added a third voice with a vision to include entertainers (actors, musicians, comedians, etc.), scientists, successful business people, and elite military personnel.

Retooling the idea. With feedback from the July outreach to athletes, a new discussion took place.

Reaching out. John and Ken each reached out to a couple dozen fellow teammates and shared the vision of forming a community of concerned athletes. They collected feedback, opinions, and ideas.

It started with a conversation and idea. John Stockton (NBA, Utah Jazz, retired) and Ken Ruettgers (NFL, Green Bay Packers, retired) imagined and discussed the idea of athletes unifying in community to use their platforms to protect medical freedoms.
